2013 Summer Food Drive Kick Off

Help make sure no Rhode Islander goes hungry this summer. We need your help collecting 150,000 additional pounds of food to meet the increased need.

Join us for the 2013 Summer Food Drive Kick Off on Monday, June 3, at 9:30 am. We'll supply you with newly designed Summer Food Drive posters, collection boxes, and information on how you can run a successful food drive in your neighborhood, business, organization or faith community.

Watch a caravan of trucks line up for the first big charitable delivery of the summer, including major donors like Ocean State Job Lot. Enjoy light refreshments prepared by our Community Kitchen students.

If you're not able to attend the kick-off, you can pick up posters and collection bins any weekday between 8 am and 5 pm at the Food Bank, 200 Niantic Avenue, Providence. You can also donate online by clicking here.
